Most requests are completed in five days or less. Membership requests are completed in 48 hours or less. For all requests, more complex productions might take longer. We'll always communicate with you about timelines for your specific projects.
Once you submit your first request, you'll receive a welcome email with access to our shared drive, your brief, and a link to complete your payment. We'll get to work on your production once payment is confirmed.
Our production team consists of experienced professionals who've worked with leading brands and agencies across a wide range of industries.
There's no limit to the number of requests you can make, but we limit requests to 30 videos per request to ensure quality. As soon as one request is completed, we automatically move to the next one in your queue.
You can pause your subscription anytime by notifying us. When paused, we won't work on any requests, and you won't be billed until you decide to resume. Your subscription and all your data will be preserved.
For larger projects, we break them down into manageable productions to ensure efficient delivery. We'll work closely with you to prioritize components and establish a delivery timeline that meets your needs.
We primarily use industry-standard production tools like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and Davinci Resolve. For AI tools, we use many like ChatGPT, Claude, HeyGen, ArcAds, ElevenLabs, Sora, Suno, and more. If you have specific software requirements, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
We use AI tools to assist with various parts of the production process. We'll use AI to help with the script, voiceover, asset generation, and post-production. If you have specific AI tools you'd like us to use, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
We offer unlimited revisions for five days for all video productions. If you need changes, just let us know (no matter how many) and we'll work with you to make sure you're happy with the final product.
